Civil Litigation Solicitor — Position Overview:
As a Litigation Solicitor you will manage a varied caseload of civil matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients at police stations, Magistrates’, and Crown Courts. This is an exciting opportunity to work on both sensitive and complex cases within a supportive, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities of the Civil Litigation Solicitor:
You will manage complex disputes, often with an international high value or specialised focus on commercial fraud, complex property or reputation management. you will act for a range of clients including multinational corporations, financial institutions and high net worth individuals through pre action protocols, mediation and high court litigation.
Ideal Candidates must have the following:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 1-2 years’ PQE in civil litigation
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Client-focused, professional, and proactive approach
- High level of integrity and discretion
