Our client, a highly successful international law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Recruiting & Development Assistant to join their busy team in their London offices.

Candidates must have proven experience in an LRD or HR environment, ideally graduate recruitment experience in a law firm or professional services environment, preferably with recruitment experience or from the recruitment industry.

They must also have strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

They should also be driven, confident, pro-active and able to deal with all levels (partners, clients, secretaries, other support teams).

This is a brand new and exciting role and ideal for someone looking to develop their career within legal recruitment in a progressive and rapidly expanding law firm.
