LEGAL ASSISTANT-REGULATORY AND PROFESSIONAL DISCIPLINE TO £28k

Salary: to £28k plus benefits

A top class LEGAL ASSISTANT is required for this thriving department who are receiving so many client instructions – they are looking for a talented and dedicated professional to join their team as soon as possible.  You will assist daily the REGULATORY AND PROFESSIONAL DISCIPLINE TEAM in providing a full service to their clients – HCPC – and GDC, ass well as the NCTL.  Your regular tasks will involve meeting with and taking statements from witnesses, preparing witness statements and regular liaison with them and with the client, as well as preparing bundles for hearings.  A minimum 2:1 law degree is essential as well as LPC/BVC and experience in Regulatory law as a Paralegal.
