Are you an experienced LEGAL SECRETARY/PA and looking for an EVENING role within a busy law firm?  This amazingly successful US law firm, based in beautiful offices near Liverpool Street are looking URGENTLY for someone to join their secretarial team.

Working the hours of 5.30pm to 12.30pm – your duties will be varied – from document production to setting up meetings, dealing with expenses, diary management, arranging lunches and travel – to covering on switchboard as and when required.

Candidates should have outstanding skills, previous law firm experience (preferably in a US law firm, therefore aware of differing time zones) working an evening shift – thereby knowing the complexities and flexibility required in such a role..
