Sharon has worked in the recruitment industry since 1989. Sharon started to specialise in Accountancy/Management Consultancy firms  in 1996. She has run the KPMG, Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and Deloitte accounts amongst many others. Sharon started her own company in 2009 and now as well as the Accountancy firms, she deals with many international and UK based Law firms. Because of her experience, she has built a thorough understanding of the positions she is recruiting for as well as the culture of the clients she works with, often dealing with the same clients for many years.
