This extremely successful and dynamic international law firm are urgently looking for a LEGAL BILLINGS CO-ORDINATOR to work in their busy Finance department.
This is a specialist Billings role and main duties will consist of:
- Generating billing information
- Editing draft Invoices including write-offs, time entry
- E-billing
- Paying client accounts
- Co-ordinating collections
- This is a small, friendly and hardworking team so they are looking for someone with at least two years’ experience in legal billing who is looking to develop their career.
- Knowledge of a computerised accounts system, Word and Excel are all vital as well as a team playing attitude as you will work with a Billing Supervisor and a Senior Biller who have a strong sense of customer servic
