Recruitment Co-ordinator – US Law Firm – Brand New Role

Our client – a fast growing and dynamic US law firm – are now looking to hire a talented Recruitment Co-ordinator to complement their busy HR team in London.

As part of the London HR team, you will perform all recruitment functions related to supporting the Recruitment Advisor and the London office leadership team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most prestigious law firms in the world! It is a permanent position, and the client are currently operating a part hybrid working policy.

Requirements as a Recruitment Co-ordinator:-

  • Previous recruitment experience ideally gained from a reputable law firm
  • Support Recruitment Advisor on recruitment for fee earners, business services and graduates
  • Deal with all recruitment processes – set up interviews, liaise with agents, feedback on candidates and dealing with graduate recruitment process
  • Minimum of one year’s recruitment background preferable in legal with outstanding organisational and communication skills essential
